Our practice
We are a small office at 210-45 B West Wilmot Street in Richmond Hill. The company opened in 2005; the licensed practice has run since April 2012.
We take business immigration, skilled immigration, study permits, visitor and family applications, refugee claims, IRB hearings, humanitarian applications and appeals. Consultations are in English.
Who is licensed
Mohammadreza Nosraty holds an active RCIC-IRB licence (Class L3), College ID R507271. His initial RCIC licence was issued on 24 April 2012; his Class L3 RCIC-IRB licence began on 1 October 2025. The register entry is linked below; check it, and check it again if a long file changes hands.
Mohsen Safavi is the Regulated Immigration Consultant in our office. He holds the RCIC licence (Class L2), College ID R418151, and focuses on business immigration. He is not a partner of the company.
What we will not do
We do not appear in Federal Court, and we do not give legal advice about judicial review. If your matter is heading that way, we refer you to a lawyer and say so early.
We do not guarantee any result. If we think a case is weak, we say so in the consultation.
How a file starts
A free assessment or a paid consultation, then a written retainer if you want us to represent you. Nothing is filed under your name before that agreement is signed.
