Initial consultation agreement

Terms governing a limited initial consultation with Progressive Immigration Services Inc.

Effective October 5, 2026 · Version consultation-2026-10-05

1. Parties and regulated professional

This Initial Consultation Agreement is between the person identified in the booking (the potential client) and Progressive Immigration Services Inc. The consultation is provided or supervised by Mohammadreza Nosraty, RCIC-IRB, College ID R507271, or another specifically identified authorized representative whose current authority is verified before the appointment.

2. Limited purpose and scope

The engagement is limited to one 30-minute consultation about the service area and brief context in the booking. It may include issue identification, general options, document or evidence planning and recommended next steps. It does not include preparing, filing, monitoring or representing an application, claim, appeal or other proceeding.

A separate written retainer agreement, conflict check, identity verification and any required payment are necessary before Progressive accepts work beyond the consultation.

3. Consultation fee and payment

The total fee for one 30-minute consultation is CAD $100.00, as shown before payment. Online card payment is processed securely through Stripe. The consultation is confirmed after successful payment and booking confirmation.

4. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

Before the scheduled start, the potential client may use the secure links in the confirmation email to reschedule or cancel. To request a refund, contact booking@progressive-immigration.com. Progressive processes valid refund requests within 24 hours; a financial institution may take additional time to post funds.

Provide the full booking name, appointment details and current mailing address when requesting a refund. A card refund is returned only to the original payment method. Progressive never requires a card number, expiry date or security code for a refund.

5. Confidentiality, privacy and technology

Progressive handles consultation information in accordance with professional obligations and the Privacy Policy, subject to legal exceptions. The potential client consents to the selected communication and meeting technology and understands that electronic communications carry residual security and delivery risks.

No person may record the consultation without the prior express consent of everyone participating. The booking form must not contain passport numbers, payment-card information, detailed protection narratives or document uploads.

6. Potential client responsibilities

The potential client must provide complete and truthful information, identify deadlines, attend on time, protect the booking-management link and disclose relevant prior applications, claims, refusals, representatives and proceedings. The consultation depends on the information available at the time.

7. No guarantee and independent decisions

Progressive does not guarantee eligibility, selection, approval, processing time or any government or tribunal outcome. Immigration rules and program intake can change. The potential client remains responsible for decisions made after considering the consultation.

8. Written follow-up and end of engagement

After the consultation, Progressive sends a summary, recommendations and, where appropriate, an invitation to discuss a separate retainer. The limited consultation engagement ends when that follow-up is sent. No ongoing monitoring or deadline responsibility is assumed unless a later written retainer expressly says otherwise.

9. Acknowledgment

By checking the consultation-consent box and completing the booking, the potential client confirms that they read, understood and accepted this Initial Consultation Agreement, version consultation-2026-10-05.
