Consultation payments
A 30-minute consultation costs CAD $100.00 total. Choose your appointment through our booking page and review the Initial Consultation Agreement before paying through Stripe.
Retainer fees and installments
Further representation requires a separate signed retainer agreement. Your fee, payment dates and number of installments are set individually in that agreement. After the office confirms the signed agreement, we send a Stripe invoice or secure payment setup link by email.
You can pay each invoice through its secure payment link. Where agreed and expressly authorized, installments may be charged automatically according to your payment schedule, ending after the agreed installments. Review the amount, currency, applicable tax and due date on each invoice. Contact accounting@progressive-immigration.com if anything differs from your signed agreement.
Protect your payment information
Enter card details only on the secure Stripe payment page. Do not send card numbers, expiry dates or security codes by email or through our contact or refund forms. Keep your invoice and payment receipt.
Consultation cancellation and refunds
Use the secure link in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule before the appointment. Send consultation refund requests to booking@progressive-immigration.com with the full booking name, appointment details and current mailing address. Card refunds are returned to the original payment method. Do not include card details.
Valid consultation refund requests are processed within 24 hours. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit. Refunds for retained services follow your signed retainer agreement.
Verify unexpected instructions
If payment instructions change unexpectedly, call the public office number on this website before paying. Do not rely on a reply to a suspicious message.
